For half a century, the New York Stock Exchange had exactly 1,366 seats. Sinecura has 1,366 too. Launch a coin and its seat is minted to you. 20% of the coin's creator fees go to that seat. Forever.

How a seat works

One transaction on Pons. Nothing to stake, nothing to manage.

0101

Launch your coin

Name it, add an image, launch it on Pons from your own wallet. You are its creator.

0202

Take your seat

The next numbered seat is minted to you in the same transaction. Each seat costs a little more than the last.

0303

Get paid, forever

20% of your coin's creator fees go to its seat, as long as the coin trades. Claim whenever you like.

0404

Keep it or sell it

List the seat in the Hall. The buyer collects from then on, unclaimed fees included.

0505

The doors close

After seat № 1366, no seat is ever minted again. New coins take a seat the treasury bought back.

Where every
fee goes

Each coin's creator fees land in its own vault. The contract splits them four ways, the same way every time. Nobody can change it.

Questions

What is a seat?

An NFT on Robinhood Chain, tied to a coin launched on Sinecura. The coin's vault sends 20% of its creator fees to the seat, and whoever holds the seat claims them. Seats are numbered from № 0001 to № 1366.

Why 1,366?

That is how many seats the New York Stock Exchange had for half a century. A seat was the only way onto the floor, and seats traded for fortunes. After seat № 1366, no new seat is ever minted.

What happens after the last seat?

Launches go on. The treasury buys the cheapest seats listed in the Hall, and each new coin takes one of them at the price the treasury paid. That seat then earns from every coin attached to it.

Can I sell my seat?

Yes. List it in the Hall at any price. The buyer gets the seat, its future fees and whatever was still unclaimed. 2% of the sale goes to the treasury.

What does a launch cost?

Pons' launch fee, plus the seat: 0.0015 ETH for seat № 0001, rising by 0.000018 ETH per seat to about 0.026 ETH for the last one. Seat fees go to the treasury. The opening buy is optional.

Who holds the money?

The contracts. Each coin has its own vault with no owner and no withdrawal function: fees can only go to the creator, the seat, the treasury and the $CURA burn. The contracts are verified; addresses are in the docs.

Is Sinecura part of Pons or Robinhood?

No. Sinecura is an independent project built on Pons V2, on Robinhood Chain.
